MEDITATIONS

This workshop invited participants into a guided meditation as a collective space for reflection, care, and imagination. Through breath, body awareness, and sensory attention, we grounded ourselves in the present moment before gently turning toward the emotional weight of today’s world.

Rather than avoiding fear or uncertainty, the session treated these feelings as sources of insight and transformation. Participants were guided to imagine utopian futures—not as abstract ideals, but as lived, embodied possibilities rooted in care, connection, and collective action.

The meditation closed by returning to the present, framing imagination as a seed: something carried back into daily life, relationships, and practices. A quiet rehearsal for building futures grounded in hope, responsibility, and shared belonging.
